You can specify the vehicle, select the dealer, and negotiate the purchase price. Then IronStone Bank purchases the vehicle for you and assists the dealer in completing the
licensing and title documents. We also collect the use and/or sales tax and remit monthly to the state. Property tax on the vehicles you lease are charged to IronStone Bank and
we, in turn, simply bill you for this expense. As a result, you have a clear, predictable picture of your vehicle costs for planning.
