What is Rewards Builder?

Rewards Builder is a loyalty program tied to your check card that lets you earn points for your everyday purchases.

Is there a fee?

No. There is no fee for this program.

Do I need a new check card?

No. Your current check card will have the program on it.

How do I enroll?

As the owner of a Check Card, you are automatically enrolled.

How do I earn points?

Sign for purchases when you use your check card and you’ll receive one Rewards Builder point for every $2 you spend. (If using a keypad, select “credit,” then sign).

What is a qualifying purchase?

Any purchase made with your Check Card is a qualifying purchase. No points are earned for returns, fees, international transactions, currency conversion charges, ATM withdrawals or insurance charges posted to your account.

How do I track my points?

There are three convenient ways:

Track your daily point balance at scorecardrewards.com.
See your current points summary on your monthly checking statement.
Call the Rewards Builder customer service line at 1.800.854.0790.

What can I redeem my points for?

There’s an extensive assortment of rewards available:

How do I redeem my points?

There are two ways you can redeem points:

Shop online at scorecardrewards.com.
Call 1.800.854.0790 for gift redemption or 1.800.842.3006 to book your travel.

Can a business consolidate points for multiple cards?

Points for multiple cards on one account can be consolidated for redemption.

Is Rewards Builder and ScoreCard the same thing?

Rewards Builder is the bank’s program that is operated by a system named ScoreCard.

How long are the points valid?

Your Rewards Builder points are valid for 5 years (60 months).

Is there a fee to redeem points?

No. There are no fees to redeem points for gifts or travel. However, there is a fuel surcharge for travel gifts that is charged at the time of booking that covers the gas expense.

There are rental car and hotel discount coupons on the scorecardrewards.com site. Will points be deducted from my account when I print them?

No, they are complimentary discount coupons. You may use them as frequently as you like, for no charge.
