Automatic investment services electronically link company operating account cash flows with highly liquid overnight investment services. The service will automatically manage investment of available cash balances. A target balance can be established to offset explicit service charges.

After credits and debits have processed and collected balances less target balance (if applicable) are determined, remaining collected balances in $1,000 increments are invested in one of the predetermined investment instruments listed below:
